Our Commitment to Ethical & Sustainable Sourcing

Responsible sourcing is not a differentiator — it's a baseline. We hold ourselves and our supply chain to standards that protect people, planet, and product quality.

“We believe that a supply chain built on transparency, fair labour practices, and responsible materials is not just better for the world — it's better for business. Long-term partnerships require trust, and trust requires accountability at every step.”

Our Approach

Four Pillars of Responsible Sourcing

01

Social Compliance

We only work with factories that meet internationally recognised social compliance standards. Every supplier in our network is subject to audit — and we support factory teams through the preparation process, not just the audit itself.

How We Do It
  • Factory screening before engagement
  • Audit coordination (BSCI, Sedex, SA8000)
  • Pre-audit preparation and gap analysis
  • Corrective action planning and follow-up
  • Zero-tolerance policy on forced and child labour
02

Sustainable Materials

We are actively growing our portfolio of products made from responsible materials — organic cotton, recycled fibres, natural dyes, and sustainably harvested natural materials. We work with buyers to identify where sustainable alternatives are commercially viable.

How We Do It
  • GOTS-certified organic cotton sourcing
  • OCS (Organic Content Standard) certified materials
  • Recycled polyester and fibres (GRS)
  • Natural indigo and plant-based dye development
  • Lyocell, linen, jute, and hemp alternatives
03

Technical Product Safety

Product safety is not negotiable. Every product category carries specific chemical and performance requirements — and we manage testing through accredited third-party laboratories to ensure every shipment is safe, legal, and fit for purpose.

How We Do It
  • REACH compliance for chemical safety
  • EN71 and other toy safety standards (baby products)
  • Flammability testing for home textiles
  • Colour fastness and durability testing
  • Third-party lab testing (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek)
04

Responsible Packaging

We work with our factory partners to reduce unnecessary packaging and transition toward recycled, recyclable, or compostable materials where possible — aligning with our clients' packaging commitments and global plastic reduction initiatives.

How We Do It
  • Reduction of single-use plastic packaging
  • FSC-certified paper and cardboard alternatives
  • Bulk packing options to reduce per-unit materials
  • Client packaging requirement alignment
